A member shares
Someone at home turns on Network Sharing in the KazeGo app for Mac or Windows. Nothing happens until they explicitly agree.
An encrypted relay connects you
When you pick a residential exit, our relay joins your device to theirs. It passes encrypted bytes along and cannot see what is inside.
You go online from their line
Your connection leaves from that home broadband address, in the country you picked.
Privacy, consent and accountability
Designed from the start to protect both the people who share and the people who connect.
Relays can't read it
Connections are encrypted end to end between the two devices. Our servers only forward ciphertext and cannot decrypt it.
Minimal data
We don't record the sites members visit or what they send. When a relay sees a sharing line's address, we keep only its country and discard the address. We keep traffic totals so the network stays fair.
Accountable accounts only
Only signed-in Pro and Platinum members can connect through a shared line. There is no anonymous access, and accounts that abuse the network are suspended.
Consent first
Sharing needs informed, explicit opt-in and can be withdrawn at any moment. People who connect through your line cannot see your own traffic.
What sharing means, in plain words
While sharing is on, members who connect through your line appear online with your home IP address, and it uses some of your upload bandwidth. Every one of those sessions is tied to an accountable KazeGo account: we act on abuse reports, suspend accounts that misuse the network, and cooperate with legitimate investigations. If that isn't right for your household, simply leave sharing off.

Who can use Residential IP?
Pro and Platinum members, right in the KazeGo app. Sharing your own connection is open to every signed-in member on Mac or Windows.
Which countries are available?
It depends on where members are sharing at the moment. The app shows the live list, and it grows as more people join.
Can the person sharing see what I do?
The sharing device simply passes your traffic on; the app does not show its owner your activity, and the relay in between cannot read it. Sites that use HTTPS — nearly all of the web — stay encrypted all the way to the site.
Will sharing slow down my own internet?
Sharing uses some of your upload bandwidth while other members are connected, and your own browsing stays on its own path. If you ever notice a slowdown, switch sharing off in Settings — it stops straight away.
What if someone misuses my connection?
Only signed-in, paying members can connect, and every session is tied to their account. We investigate reports, suspend accounts that break the rules, and cooperate with legitimate investigations.
Do I get anything for sharing?
Not yet. We are working on a way to recognise the members who keep the network running and will announce it clearly when it is ready. Nothing is earned or accrued today.
How do I stop sharing?
Open Settings in the KazeGo app and switch Network Sharing off. It stops immediately.
